Box of Chocolates theme. Sign up.

(Artwork by Alisa Burke)

Don't you just want to dive into this fabulous love offering by the talented blogger/artist/author/teacher, Alisa Burke? Every chocolate morsel summons my attention like a lil' piece of art, a delicious gem of velvety delight, even a celebration of love!

I don't know if any of you enjoy receiving a BOX OF CHOCOLATES but, regardless, one's got to admit they truly are made to look so incredibly inviting, aren't they? Almost too good to eat! For this go around then, how about each of us offer our own celebratory chocolate confetti? Whether you show a box full of chocolates or just have a few peeking out from some, that's up to you. Indulge away! It won't cost you anything but exercising your sweet imaginations. :)

You have until late Feb 3rd to come up with something. I'll pop back here next Tuesday to publish the sign up for those all ready to sample their offering.

P.S. Thank you so much to all of you who took the time to wish me happy birthday on one of our sites! Alex went overboard. Wonderfully so. She deserves her own box of chocolates but as it is, I'm thinking for now we best finish off (and share!) the delicious lemon cake she made. More on my celebrations to come...

    1. It's fun coming up with new themes and still able to after so many years. I think this one is going to be deliciously varied. Thx Lissa.

  3. Ha Ha, my first thought was putting a chocolate on every finger like we did pitted olives when we were kids. Gross...I won't do that. I think it's a "sweet" theme and I will put on my chocolate thinking cap. Great theme for February.

    1. That would work though, Wanda. You could just leave a half empty box in the background.

    1. Glad you like the theme. You must have speed read the post as hopefully you;ll see that Alisa Burke actually was the artist who did this piece, not me. I thought it pretty inspirational.

    2. yes, I must not have seen that detail. Plus I think i assumed (never a good idea) that all the art work here was yours.

I stopped here to look for the signup and can not find it. Still learning how you all do it here.

  5. wow I miss all you guys - used to do this religiously then my life got whacked. I hope to come back by April

(BTW Mr Toast is there ANY WAY POSSIBLE that you have kept the digital files of our creative tuesday pieces of the past 3 -4 years? I had a digital meltdown and lost most of my blog images for the past 10 years, and every last creative tuesday one. You can see how sad it looks here http://art.aliciaraya.com/2014/07/creative-tuesdays-piggies.html

Would love to be able to reconstruct those entries one day - anyway i thought it was worth a shot to ask. Thanks!)
