OK, dear co-op peeps, you've outdone yourselves with varied interpretations on the MOVING theme this time around — anything from water pots to potty training! It was esp funny considering the incredible number of you who have recently moved or just moved too and in fact with that, I helped move some others as well! Sorry to say though, with that, I did NOT actually get around to moving into gear and fulfilling this assignment. As this is only the 4th or so time in 4 years I've missed the theme I hope you'll please forgive me. It was all for a good cause, it really was! Anyway, I hope you enjoyed visiting each other and seeing the various interpretations. Thank you.
OK, so for the next theme, we're going to look at....
SHIP(s)! With July 4th and my father visiting from CA we are going to take an extra week to get this one done. See you back here on the 23rd, if not sooner, if you complete your work prior. Oh, and one more thing... I think it must be time to do a GIVEAWAY! I'll have to tally up the results as outlined in my post months ago and let you know who won! In the meanwhile, here's wishing for a safe 4th and celebrations for everyone. Americans, Brits, Canadians, Norwegians and the like! :)
(* As always, please feel free to first read CREATIVE TUESDAYS Guidelines, Rules & FAQ —especially if new here— for keeping consistency and brand ID on our co-op and with respect to all those who contribute here. ONLY posts that clearly follow the simple guidelines will be included or commented on, in interest of time and so on. Thank you.)
Oh Wanda! **groan** Lol - good one ;) I agree about your sons pictue Michael, it's fabulous!! Inspired me to 'have a go' myself (eek) :o Enjoy every moment with your visitors :0)
Gosh the perspective your son has with that huge octopus in the foreground is so clever, obviously he's taking after his dad on the creative side. My ship may have to stay in dry dock on this challenge as I am encompassing all sorts of problems with my journey (move) and I may therefore miss the tide. Sorry for all the puns, at least my sense of humour is still with me, just! I will try and post something. Enjoy the visit from your father.
Oh dear, I really didn't want to be first, but I also dodn't want to keep putting it off cos I would have backed out altogether. But it's done. Yay me! Lol :0)
Hello again!! Wow, am completely amazed at the awesomeness of your son's rendition! Excellent boat, and love the creature! Your piece is magical and divine as usual.
